Sharp, friendly, thorough. Sherlock leads investigations on incidents, NCRs and complaints, and facilitates hazard discovery to build your Risk Register.

Your documentation wing-person. Flo helps you develop every system document you need — policies, procedures, SOPs, registers and process flows — turning it into a clear, workable flow that adds value to your business.

Tradie's tradie. Fred helps you build the Equipment Register and a sensible maintenance schedule for plant, machinery and assets.

Steady, exacting, fair. Harry runs ISO 9001/45001 system audits, internal audits and workplace inspections, schedules verification tasks with Sherlock, answers standards questions and backs Flo on documents.

Your chair for the Annual Management Review (or any review you trigger). Peter pulls in reports from Dave, Sherlock, Flo, Fred and Harry and walks you through all 15 standard agenda headings — capturing decisions and queueing actions as you go.

First responder for the physical stuff. Rod builds emergency response plans — fires, spills, gas, evacuations, drills — and walks you through live response with cool-headed priorities: life, environment, asset.

Cares for the people. Rachel builds your standard first aid response library — DRSABCD, CPR, bleeding, burns, anaphylaxis, mental health — and supports live people-care with calm step-by-step guidance.

Your training mate. Gary maps who needs what across the team, designs in-house training where no external course will do, and works closely with Flo (SOP sign-offs), Mr SQ (gaps from incidents & risk) and feeds the Training & Competence agenda item into Peter's Management Review.
